How do I find a Transaction ID?

The CNFT team needs a transaction hash to help the troubleshooting process when it comes to support related issues.

First, you need to locate your wallet address that is linked to your account via one of the supported wallets. Then click on the transaction in question and then you will see the Transaction ID.

Alternatively, you can head over to Cardanoscan.io and input your wallet address where you can find the transaction hash at the top of any transaction and hit copy to the left. 

This will speed up the process when it comes to submitting tickets for any questions about why you haven’t received a payment for an asset or not receiving an asset.
