I’ve sent the ADA for the asset but haven’t received it?

The seller has 24 hours to send the asset. If they don’t then you will be refunded. Sellers if you fail to send in the 24 hours you will be put on a 6-hour account cooldown.

I’ve sent the asset but haven’t received the ADA?

If the network is congested then transactions can take longer to process. Only submit a ticket to support if it has been over 24-hours and you haven’t been paid. If you do submit a ticket please include the transaction ID from your wallet as well as your wallet address. This will speed up the process for support when trying to locate where your asset or ADA has gone.

I paid the wrong amount of ADA. What should I do?

If you pay the incorrect amount of ADA for an asset then send the correct amount straight away. You will be refunded the wrong amount at the end of the session. Please wait 24-hours before submitting a ticket to support regarding your refund. If it's over 24-hours and you haven't received a refund please contact support and include the transaction ID and your wallet address with your request.

I’ve sent the wrong asset. What should I do?

I have won an auction. What now? 

If you have won an auction head over to your active sessions where you will see the details on where to send the ADA. You have 24-hours to send the ADA. Once this is done the seller has 24 hours to send the asset.

I have won an auction but I don’t see an active session for where to send the ADA?

This is because the reserve price has not been met. You can see if the reserve price has been met just above the highest bid.
